Most people find their way to me during a time that feels confusing, heavy, or full of reactions they don’t fully understand. They’re trying so hard to move forward… but something inside keeps pulling them back into old patterns, shutdowns, cravings, or ways of coping that no longer fit. I care deeply about those moments — the ones where you’re doing your best, but your system is overwhelmed.
My work is grounded in parts-based, trauma-informed therapy. I pay close attention to the internal patterns that shape how you respond, protect, numb, shut down, or try to stay safe. I believe every reaction has a story. Nothing inside you is random or “wrong”—it's a system doing what it learned to do.
I support adults navigating trauma histories, emotional overwhelm, stress sensitivity, addictive or numbing behaviors, internal conflict, and repeating patterns that feel hard to shift. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in trauma-support roles and spent years studying how people cope with pain and disconnection. That background shaped the gentle, collaborative way I show up in therapy today.
Professionally, I completed a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), along with master’s degrees in counselling psychology and research psychology. I continue ongoing training and supervision in addictive processes and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts-based work because it aligns so closely with the clients I support — thoughtful, self-aware people who want to understand what’s happening inside, not just manage the surface-level symptoms.
In therapy, I’m calm, steady, and present. I won’t rush you or push you past your comfort zone. I’m curious about every part of you — especially the ones you find confusing, reactive, overwhelmed, or hard to sit with. My role is to help you meet yourself with more clarity and less judgment, so real change becomes possible at a pace that feels safe.
If you’re carrying experiences, emotions, or habits that feel heavy or confusing, you don’t have to sort them out alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening inside and move toward something steadier.
If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. You can get a sense of my style, ask questions, and see whether it feels like a good fit.
Every part is welcome here.
