A gentle, collaborative approach grounded in parts work.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, which means we pay attention to the different inner reactions, instincts, and protective patterns that show up when life feels overwhelming. You don’t need to know anything about “parts” to begin. You just bring your real, human experience — I’ll guide the process.
I focus on what’s happening inside, not on forcing change.
Together, we explore why certain reactions happen so quickly, which internal patterns are trying to protect you, how stress or trauma shapes your urges, shutdowns, or coping, and what your system needs to feel safer, calmer, and more aligned. This work is slow, gentle, and deeply respectful of every part of you.
Therapy with me is:
Collaborative
We work together as a team.
Curious (not critical)
We explore your reactions with compassion, not judgment.
Pace-aware
We move at the speed your system can genuinely handle.
Trauma- and addiction-informed
I pay close attention to your nervous system patterns and the protective behaviors that have helped you cope.
Over time, this work can help you experience:
less internal conflict
fewer automatic reactions
more steady emotions
softer cravings or urges
a calmer relationship with yourself
a clearer understanding of why you do what you do
It’s not about getting rid of parts of you — it’s about helping your internal system work with itself instead of against itself.
